Summary: The amenities were very subpar. The fireplace was out of propane, we called and maintenance was supposed to come fill it- never did. The jets in one of the tubs did not work. I called front desk and left a message but my call was never returned. I realize it was Thanksgiving weekend but we should have received a call back on Friday. My family has stayed at Chetola for many many years but their high standard was not evident on this trip.

Summary: The condo was cozy and the resort atmosphere was good, but unfortunately we had no hot water for 2 out of our 3 days. It made the stay uncomfortable given the freezing temperatures. Aside from that issue, we really enjoyed the property.
